Blown away by the quality for price. On par with small Marriott and Hilton properties. Friendly, helpful front desk associates. Lots of delicious options at free breakfast. A spacious recently renovated room with immaculate surfaces. Very impressive.
I understand the outdoor pool being closed in the winter. But Jacuzzi's are hot & feel great anytime. Disappointed that the Jacuzzi was closed. Other then that, Great hotel to stay at.
Arrived to a clean, good smelling room. Location is nice. Was walking distance of a few fast food restaurants.
The breakfast was hardly "awesome," but it was palatable. Cook yer own waffles, eggs (powdered, probably) bacon sausage, biscuits, bagels, english muffins, toast, yogurt etc. Rooms were well maintained, clean and quiet. I would stay again.
Allowed our dog, one can manage with their complementary breakfast. Nice clean rooms, bedding clean. No water bottles available over for a charge. We have to purchase from outside. From my room, I could see my Shasta.
This is everything we needed! Rooms are a good size, and the breakfast was awesome! My only complaint is the pool was gross. Had a nasty film on it. And the hot tub was ice cold. Lastly, can you close the pool slightly later? Like 10pm instead of 9pm? Otherwise the staff and the room were great!
Everything was great customer service clean except heater was very noisy and never shut off all night. Lucky I had ear plugs
We have stayed here 2 times. It is a convenient location in beautiful Mt. Shasta. The place is super clean, well maintained, plenty of parking and close to star bucks and Tesla chargers. This time around we noticed they had cleaned and upgraded the rooms with new carpets, couches, furniture etc which we appreciate. If you’re passing through and need a place to stay in Mt. Shasta, look no further.
